WHAT IS THE ROTATOR CUFF ?
There are four muscles (Subscapularis, Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus and Teres minor) called the “rotator cuff” surrounding the scapula in the shoulder joint. Shoulders get their wide range of motion from these four important muscles which form the core of the shoulder. When something goes wrong with them, it will hamper your ability to move freely and can cause a great discomfort which is well known as “rotator cuff pain”.
HOW DOES RC RELEASE WORK?
In order to reach the expectation of health care, we've been collaborating with sports science professionals, fitness trainers, manipulation therapists and orthopedists on this project. RC RELEASE offers three operating modes, from mode 1 to mode 3, to target the rotator cuff trigger points. There is also an additional mode 4 which is an enhanced version of the popular roller stick massage bar.
